Papaya (caricia papaya -tree) is an American tropical natural vegetation. Papaya relatively long oval to nearly round shape while ripe papaya fruit skin bright yellow to dark yellow. Contents are yellow, orange to bright red or red colours. It is sweet in taste.




Papayas can be used as a food, a cooking aid, and also as part of the medicine. It's rich with vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. In addtion, there calcium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin in papaya. Papaya have very low calories and it was said that nutrion found in papaya might reduce a risk of being attcked by cancer, heart disease and strok. the following are other beneifits of papaya:




  • Can facilitate digestion and prevent constipation


  • Papaya leaves, especially young reach so often boiled to be eaten raw. in addition, the water boiled papaya leaves can relieve the stomach by removing all the wind.


  • When grilling meat wrap with papaya leaves, it can make the meat become soft






The best way to enjoy refreshing papaya is a way cut into two, remove the black seeds, and cut lengthwise.
